it will be scheduled when at least three people have requested it.

This session is for everyone new to Budget DataMart and Brio or for anyone that needs a refresher.  It will cover how the Brio Quickview software works and introduce BDM reports.

This session goes beyond the basics.  It will take an in-depth look at the limit box and report data.  Computed items and grouping columns will be discussed.

Insight Review A working knowledge of the BDM reports and Brio is a must to attend this review session of Insight Basics and Next Step.  It will prepare you for the Results & tables, Building Reports, Building Pivots and building Charts workshop sessions. Insight Next Step

This session goes beyond the basics.  It will take an in-depth look at the limit box and report data.  Computed items and grouping columns will be discussed.

Results & Tables

This session will help you understand the Results section and the data that was retrieved from the warehouse. Many of the things you can do in the Results section can be applied to a Table.  Learn about the similarities and differences of these two sections.

Building Pivots

Pivot reports are analytical tools that resemble spreadsheets or crosstab reports. This session will teach you how to build a Pivot report.  Also covered in this session: total; subtotals; cumulative totals; sorting of data and how to format the text and numbers.

Building Reports

This session will teach you how to build a custom report or modify a current one for your needs.  Learn the basics of the Report Designer, layout aids, graphic and field components and much more.

Building Charts

Charts (graphs) are a great visual display of data.  There are 11 different charts that can be created; bar, pie, area, line and ribbon are some of them.  This session will introduce you to the basics of charting your data.
